Larsen House Inspection has been serving homebuyers and sellers since 1979. We are one of the oldest and most trusted inspection firms in Northern California. We have inspected over 30,000 homes. Member of American Society of Home Inspectors since 1985. Started by Donald W. Larsen, ret., now second generation operated by Jon W. Larsen, with 15 years inspection experience.
Staff Bio: Jon Larsen has been inspecting houses for 15 years and has performed over 8,000 inspections. With a degree in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University and a General Contractors license, Jon is uniquely qualified technically. His communication skills and ability to relate to home buyers and sellers at all levels, allows the client to have active participation in the inspection and education process.
Mission Statement: To educate home buyers and sellers and provide them with accurate and useful data in a manner that is easy to understand and assimilate, so that when the client receives the report, all aspects of the report have already been fully explained at the site.
